Do we need all four services, or can we start with just one?
Start wherever it hurts most, usually Managed IT Support or Cybersecurity. Everything is built on the same foundation, so adding Cloud Services or Digital Solutions later is straightforward rather than a rebuild.
What's the difference between Managed IT Support and Cybersecurity? Don't they overlap?
They’re closely linked but answer different questions. Managed IT Support keeps your day-to-day technology running: helpdesk, devices, network, connectivity. Cybersecurity protects all of it: risk assessment, Essential Eight, incident response. Every Managed IT Support plan already includes baseline security; dedicated Cybersecurity goes further for businesses with higher compliance stakes.
We already use Microsoft 365. Do we still need Digital Solutions?
Almost certainly there’s more value sitting in it than you’re using. Most businesses only use a fraction of what Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot can actually do. Digital Solutions is where we find and build the parts that matter for you specifically, rather than leaving that value on the table.
What does the onboarding process actually involve?
We call it Identify, Implement, Support. First we understand your business and current environment properly, no sales pressure. Then we establish the foundation, a formal onboarding project for managed IT, or design and build for a Digital Solutions project. Then we stay, with a dedicated account manager, quarterly reviews and monthly reporting.
Can you work alongside our existing internal IT person or team?
Yes, we work well alongside in-house IT leadership — a CIO, IT manager or someone similar keeping strategic ownership while we handle execution. Where we’re more cautious is two teams working the same ticket queue day to day; splitting that ownership tends to get messy fast. Tell us what’s already in place and we’ll tailor the plan around it.
Do you support Essential Eight, ISO 27001 or SMB1001 compliance requirements?
Yes. We’re triple ISO certified ourselves (9001, 14001, 27001) and specialise in Essential Eight and SMB1001, the frameworks most relevant to Australian businesses. We hold the same bar we help you meet.
